3 Main Predictors of Chronic Inflammation?!
Can Be Found in Your Blood… Yikes!!!
Inflammation is forever bound to weight loss resistance, pain, stiffness and many other conditions you don’t want.
Are you tired of weight loss plans that don't work, achy joints and stiff muscles slowing you down? The doctor says you’re fine, but you don’t feel fine.
I have some crucial insights for you.
Understanding Your Body:
Your blood holds secrets to effective weight loss, pain reduction, fatigue elimination and it's time to unlock them. Here are the three blood markers you need to know about:
1. C-Reactive Protein (CRP): CRP is a protein produced by the liver and is a well-known marker of inflammation in the body. Elevated levels of CRP are associated with an increased risk of various health conditions, including autoimmune diseases, heart disease, and others. It's often used to assess the level of systemic inflammation.
2. Complete Blood Count (CBC): NLR (Neutrophil:Lymphocyte) The CBC is a routine blood test that helps screen for conditions such as anemia, infections and some blood cancers. It also gives us an overview of our white blood cells, two of which are called Neutrophils and Lymphocytes. Elevated neutrophils are in indication of an acute infection, while elevated lymphocytes can reflective of a more chronic infection. The ratio of these two gives us insight into the immune system and inflammation.
3. Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c): This test measures the average level of blood sugar over the past 2-3 months. It's used to diagnose and monitor diabetes but can also provide insights into your overall metabolic health. Elevated HbA1c levels can indicate poor blood sugar control and a higher risk of diabetes-related complications.
These markers are more than just numbers; they're the key to understanding how your body can shed weight, pain and inflammation, even when other methods have failed.
Do You Suspect You Might Have Inflammation?
Are you experiencing weigh loss resistance, injuries that won’t heal, chronic pain, stiff joints/muscles, fatigue, brain fog, lack of motivation, diabetes, chronic sinusitis …. all symptoms of chronic systemic inflammation?
Knowing your blood markers is the best way to know if you’re running systemic inflammation.
What’s the Good News Dr. Bean?
It’s reversible …
